I am here as a humble gatherer.

Listening and following guidance for the creation of this, the first book.

This is the process; words come through me flowing on to the page without my volition. I feel the energy of the words coming together. Only after a poem is completed do I go back and read what was transmitted. Very seldom are corrections made once it’s on paper.

Sometimes what seems too painful to feel, releases when written down. These words have assisted me in healing my heart.

May they serve the same purpose for you.
