Meditation with Lavina

Come sit and be still with us in compassionate mindful meditation.

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what's going on around us. Allowing things to be with love and acceptance.

We will practice this awareness through simply following our breath, with gentle prompts to come back to the breath. Suited for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
